Mission
Dedicated to provide Community Enhancement Services and Affordable Housing
Services to those in need and to the distressed all over the USA and
eventually worldwide.
Programs
TNMC's programs aim to get the homeless off those
dangerous streets and to host them in small increments
at a time while they connect with opportunities to restore
themselves, refurbish their job skills, secure employment,
locate permanent housing and rejoin society as
salvaged/redeemed/employed/productive citizens once again.
TNMC's Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program encourages
homeless individuals to:
- pursue food/clothing/recovery services
- upgrade existing job skills, develop new job skills/vocations and/or careers
- write resumes
- develop interview skills
- get a job
- become self-sufficient
- locate and secure permanent housing.
Who We Are
One-stop resource center organizing to promote Community Enhancement
by providing affordable housing and family enhancement services, as well as
Information & Referral (I & R) towards easy access to vital social services such as hunger relief, vocational education, job development,
personal growth, emotional well being, family enhancement, community development
and advocacy for affordable housing to the poor, needy, homeless, and the distressed of this world.

Accomplishments for Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2005
- Acquired 501(c)(3) status and administrative headquarters.

- Provided free food distribution/hunger relief services to the community.

- Provided free Information and Referral (I & R) services to the community.
Activities and Objectives for Fiscal Year Beginning January 1, 2011
- Providing Affordable Transitional Housing services to those in need, so that they may get
a chance to drastically reduce their housing expenses and therefore save money so that
they may get back on their feet and connect with opportunities to restore themselves,
refurbish their job skills, secure employment, locate permanent housing
and rejoin society as salvaged/redeemed/clean and sober/employed/productive citizens once again.

- Philosophical, idealistic, unorthodox, innovative social worker.
- Former Job Developer/Multilingual Interpreter for a non-profit organization
(serving the homeless and/or unemployed) formerly located at the Oakland Army
Base in California.
- Former Collaborator/Consultant for “Men of Integrity”, a transitional
housing program launched by Mount Pisgah M.B. Church
in Oakland, California.
- Former "Tech Trainer" for a non-profit organization
(teaching Computer Literacy, Financial Literacy, ESL.
Also providing Income Tax Returns/Document Preparation services,
as well as Office Applications Training to low-income families) in Oakland, CA.
- Very efficient former Case Manager for a non-profit organization (serving the homeless
and ex-foster youths) in San Francisco, CA.
- Has had personal exposure to and/or personal experience with
homelessness; relates with empathy to those experiencing housing difficulties
and/or needing Community Services.
