Instructions: Fill in the form below and submit it to us. Remember, you must have clear title and the keys to the vehicle and it must be in full operational condition in order to donate it to us. We will arrange to have your vehicle, the title and keys picked up at your home or office. You will be given a receipt and, in a few days, you will receive a letter certifying that you have donated the vehicle and that you are entitled to a charitable tax deduction.
